The top and bottom mostly held in Week 4, but the middle remains a bumper cars ride.

Baltimore left the Land of the Undefeated, but fell just one spot to 4. San Diego slid into their spot at 3 after an impressive win over Ontario improved their record to 4-0.

Sonora, Cedar Rapids, Harrisburg and Ontario had their share of struggles allowing Florida to make the big leap up into the 5 slot. The Heat and Rampage earned the first Power Rankings tie at 7. Harrisburg has the superior record, but the weaker schedule to date, and lost to Cedar Rapids on Saturday. All of these teams are very tentatively perched in the Top 10 and could be overtaken by Kansas City, Tacoma, El Paso, or even Syracuse in the next few weeks.

This week features just two games: Sonora at El Paso on November 25 and St. Louis at Cedar Rapids on November 26. Sonora and Cedar Rapids could fall multiple places with a loss.
