With the San Diego Sockers embarking on a five out of six game stretch on the road, I sat down with Brian Farber at the SKLZ facility in Carlsbad, CA.

We touched on Brian’s college career and talked about his years with the California Cougars during the years in the MISL2 and the PASL, where in 2008, he was the first player ever signed by the league. He was then part of the first PASL championship team and earned the PASL league MVP.

Brian spoke of his years playing outdoors in the USL and NASL and then we talked about his tenure with the San Diego Sockers in the PASL and into the MASL.

Brian also spoke openly of a knee injury that had kept him off the field for parts of three seasons and how he is now at 100%. He also introduced us to SKLZ in Carlsbad, CA and what he does there when he’s not outrunning almost everyone in the Major Arena Soccer League.

It is with great pleasure that I present The Big Interview with Brian Farber.
